Beer Batter Shrimp Recipe

  1. Combine 1 1/2 c. of flour, beer and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir till batter is mixed well.
  3. Clean shrimp and dip in flour then batter.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pot till very warm.
  5. Drop battered shrimp one at a time into warm oil.
  6. When shrimp start to float and turn golden brown, remove from oil and drain on paper towel.
  7. Serves four.
