Summer in winter chicken
- 4 chicken breast
- 1 lb tomatoes (cherry)
- 1 cup creme fresh
- 4 tbsp pesto
- 2 pinch salt & pepper
- 2 clove garlic
- heat a wok or pan with a dash of oil
- add chicken and cook till brown, whole breast or chop to required size and add the crushed garlic
- add tomatoes whole or halfed or abit of both
- add the creme fresh and pesto and cook for 15 mins on a low heat
- serve with mashed potatoes
