Barbequed Steak Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients except steak in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 min.
  3. Keep sauce warm.
  4. Lb.
  5. round steak to break connective tissue or possibly get butcher to run through tenderizer at store.
  6. Cut into serving size portions.
  7. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and pour sauce over meat.
  8. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hrs or possibly till meat is fork tender.
  9. Serve with rice.
  10. Makes 8-10 servings.
  11. Great company dish!
