BAKER'S ONE BOWL Mocha Melt Cookies
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL Suisse Mocha
- 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add butter and sugar; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Blend in milk.
- Add flour, flavored instant coffee and baking powder; beat on low speed until well blended.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake 9 min.
- or until cookies are puffed and leave a slight indentation when touched lightly in centers with fingers.
- Cool 2 min.
- on baking sheets; remove to wire racks.
- Cool completely.
