Vegetable Black Rice, A Healthy Vegan Recipe
- 2 cups Black Rice, Rinsed Well
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Chopped
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Spike Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 6 cups Water
- Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and boil on low heat for 45 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
- Then serve.
