Chicken and Spinach Dip Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle cornmeal on a 12 inch pizza pan.
  3. Unroll dough, and place on pizza pan.
  4. Starting at the center, press out dough into a 12 inch round, forming to edge of pan, forming a 1/2 inch rim.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Spread spinach dip over partially baked pizza crust.
  7. Top with chicken, tomato, and mushrooms.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake 12-15 minutes longer, or until crust is golden brown, and cheese is melted.
