Simply Chili
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 (16 ounce) cans chili beans, undrained
- 2 (1 3/4 ounce) packages chili seasoning mix
- 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
- Brown ground chuck and onion in a skillet until meat crumbles; drain.
- In large pot (at least 5 quart size), combine beans and other ingredients.
- Add meat mixture and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally for 2 hours.
- Serve with saltines or bread.
