Crispy Sausage Bread With Black Sesame Seeds
- 150 grams All purpose flour
- 94 grams or so Water
- 3 grams Salt
- 5 grams Sugar
- 1 1/2 grams Instant dry yeast
- 5 grams Olive oil
- 10 grams Black sesame seeds
- 6 Coarse grind wiener sausages (6-7cm long ones)
- 1 Pizza cheese
- Mix and knead all the ingredient together except for the ones marked .
- Add the olive oil, and knead some more.
- Knead the black sesame seeds into the dough evenly.
- Round the dough off into a smooth ball, and let it rise (1st rising).
- Divide into 6 pieces and rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll each piece of dough out about 20cm long.
- Wrap the dough around a sausage and seal the end securely on the bottom.
- Leave the rolls to rise for about 30 minutes (2nd rising).
- Make shallow slashes on the tops of the rolls.
- Sprinkle with pizza cheese.
- Mist the dough with water, and bake in a preheated 240 C oven for about 12 minutes.
