Spiced Cranberry-Orange Mold

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add cranberry sauce; stir until well blended.
  4. Add cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves; mix well.
  5. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves a definite impression).
  6. Add oranges and walnuts; stir.
  7. Spoon into 6-cup mold or 1-1/2-qt.
  8. bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Unmold onto serving plate.
  11. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
