Spicy Sandwich Loaf
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced salami, casing removed
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
- Saute green pepper in butter until tender.
- Set aside.
- On a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, press dough into a 10 x 13-inch rectangle.
- Layer ham, salami, cheese and pepperoni down the center of dough; top with peppers.
- Fold sides of dough over filling, lapping the edges.
- Turn seam side down; pinch ends together and tuck under to seal.
- Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
- Brush with egg glaze if desired. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
