Pyaz ki patti aur chana dal sabzi (Bengal gram and spring onions dish)

  1. Put oil in pan and add bengal gram to it.
  2. Add two medium size tomatoes in pan.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
  4. Cook this for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Now add the chopped spring onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat
