Raisin Crumb Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Line pan with sheet of wax paper and spray again with nonstick spray; set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine 1 3/4 cups of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar and baking powder.
  5. In small mixing bowl, combine milk, 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter, egg and vanilla; stir.
  6. Pour into dry ingredients.
  7. Using electric mixer at medium speed, beat until blended.
  8. Stir in raisins.
  9. Pour into pan and spread evenly; set aside.
