Show off Cheesecake

• 2 12 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 12 cup butter, softened
• 14 cup sugar
• 3 (8 ounce) containers cream cheese
• 34 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 12 cup sliced strawberry
• 12 cup raspberries
• 12 cup blueberries
• 1 cup sliced peach
• 34 cup sugar
• 12 cup water
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch

1. Combine crumbs and 1/2 cup sugar.
2. Cut in butter.
3. Press into bottom of 8x8in baking dish.
4. Mix cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until blended.
5. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
6. Pour over crust.
7. Bake at 325* for 1 hour or until set.
8. Cool.
9. Combine fruit in a bowl.
10. In small saucepan, mix sugar, water, and cornstarch.
11. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
12. Add to fruit and mix gently.
13. Spread on cooled cheesecake.
