Chocolate Chip Glaze Recipe

• 1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp. light corn syrup
• 2 tbsp. butter

1. Heat above ingredients in a 1 qt sauce pan, stirring constantly, till chocolate is melted.
2. Cold slightly.
3. Glazes one 8 or possibly 9 inch layer.
