Deluxe Marinated Pork Yakiniku
- 400 grams Thinly sliced pork offcuts
- 1 packet Mizuna
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Grated onion
- 1 dash Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 Shichimi spice
- Add the pork offcuts and marinade sauce into a bowl and rub the sauce into the meat.
- Leave to rest for a while.
- Wash the mizuna, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil.
- Add the meat from Step 1 and stir-fry.
- Arrange the mizuna on a serving plate, and place the meat on top.
- (You can use thinly sliced cabbage instead of mizuna if you like.)
