Deluxe Marinated Pork Yakiniku

  1. Add the pork offcuts and marinade sauce into a bowl and rub the sauce into the meat.
  2. Leave to rest for a while.
  3. Wash the mizuna, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil.
  5. Add the meat from Step 1 and stir-fry.
  6. Arrange the mizuna on a serving plate, and place the meat on top.
  7. (You can use thinly sliced cabbage instead of mizuna if you like.)
