Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
- Deep dish pie crust
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 lg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce. Cold Whip
- Bake pie crust and cold.
- Stir together powdered sugar and peanut butter till crumbly.
- Spread over bottom of crust, saving some for top of pie.
- Mix 1 large instant vanilla pudding with 2 c. lowfat milk and stir till thick.
- Pour on top of crumb mix.
- Top with Cold Whip and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
- Chill.
- Serves: 8.
