Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

  1. Bake pie crust and cold.
  2. Stir together powdered sugar and peanut butter till crumbly.
  3. Spread over bottom of crust, saving some for top of pie.
  4. Mix 1 large instant vanilla pudding with 2 c. lowfat milk and stir till thick.
  5. Pour on top of crumb mix.
  6. Top with Cold Whip and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
  7. Chill.
  8. Serves: 8.
