Pork Steak And Potatoes Recipe

• 2 slices meat, cubed
• 1 tbsp. Crisco
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 2 or possibly 3 potatoes, cubed
• 1/2 c. water

1. Brown onion.
2. Add in meat and brown.
3. Add in rest, except potatoes.
4. Water should just cover meat; add in more if needed.
5. Cook about 1 hour.
6. Add in potatoes.
7. Cook.
