Perfect Zesty Pasta Salad
- 2 (16 ounce) bags tri-color spiral pasta
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle caesar salad dressing (Recommend Kens Light Caesar, prob. only use 3/4 bottle)
- 1 (8 ounce) can black olives (diced)
- 1 (5 ounce) jar Spanish olives with pimento (halved)
- 1 cup monterey jack pepper cheese (cubed, small)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (cubed, small)
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 -10 button mushrooms, diced

- Cook pasta to bag directions.
- Drain, then either refrigerate if time permits until cold, or run under cold water until cool.

- In large bowl (very large) combine pasta, cheese, black and green olives, veggies, pour dressing on top and toss together well.
