Mimosa Baked Ham Recipe

  1. Score ham in a diamond pattern.
  2. Place in a shallow pan and pour ginger ale over ham.
  3. Sprinkle with grnd cloves.
  4. Roast at 325 degrees for 1 hour, basting with ginger ale.
  5. Combine peach preserves and brandy in a c.. Brush over ham and arrange peach slices and cherries on ham using wooden toothpicks to secure in place.
  6. Brush with brandy mix again.
  7. Roast 30 min longer or possibly till meat is well glazed and fruits are heated through.
  8. Place on heated serving platter and carve into thin slices with a sharp knife.
  9. Serves 8.
