Baked Chicken Breast Supreme
- 3/4 cup yogurt, plain
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt optional
- 1 dash black pepper
- 4 each chicken breasts halves skinless
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat.
- Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove chicken from marinade, coat each piece with crumbs.
- Arrange on a shallow baking pan.
- Bake, uncovered at 350F (180C) F for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Exchanges: One serving equals 3 to 1/2 lean meat, 1 starch, 1/4 skim milk, 271 calories, 5 g. fat.
