Dark and Stormy Cocktail

• 2 cups high quality ginger ale, traditionally known as ginger beer
• 1 cup dark rum
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 4 lime wedges, for garnish

1. Combine ginger ale, rum and lime juice in a pitcher.
2. Stir to mix.
3. Serve over crushed ice with a lime wedge for garnish.
