Kabocha Squash Salad
- 1/4 Kabocha squash
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 container Yogurt
- 45 grams Raisins
- I use 1/4 of a kabocha squash.
- Remove the seeds and the rind from the kabocha squash, cut up and microwave until tender.
- Put the soft cooked kabocha squash in a bowl.
- Add the yogurt, mayonnaise and raisins.
- Mix together and done.
- I used 1 container of this yogurt.
- It's a lot, but no problem!
- That's why the salad is so creamy.
