Kabocha Squash Salad

  1. I use 1/4 of a kabocha squash.
  2. Remove the seeds and the rind from the kabocha squash, cut up and microwave until tender.
  3. Put the soft cooked kabocha squash in a bowl.
  4. Add the yogurt, mayonnaise and raisins.
  5. Mix together and done.
  6. I used 1 container of this yogurt.
  7. It's a lot, but no problem!
  8. That's why the salad is so creamy.
