Garlicky Mashed Potatoes

• 2 lb. red potatoes (unpeeled), quartered King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
• 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

1. Place potatoes in large saucepan.
2. Add enough water to completely cover potatoes.
3. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
4. Reduce heat to medium.
5. Cook 20 min.
6. or until potatoes are tender.
7. Drain potatoes; return to saucepan.
8. Add remaining ingredients; mash until light and fluffy.
