Blender Bavarian Cream Recipe
- 2 env. unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 heaping c. crushed ice
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Combine gelatin and warm water in electric blender.
- Cover; whirl at high speed, scraping down sides once, for 40 seconds.
- Add in chocolate pcs and sugar.
- Cover, whirl 10 seconds.
- Add in egg yolks, heavy cream, vanilla and crushed ice.
- Cover, blend at medium speed till ice dissolves and mix begins to thicken.
- Pour immediately into 6 dessert glasses.
- Refrigeratetill serving time.
- (Should be ready to serve in 5 - 10 min.)
- Garnish with whip cream.
