Bud's Sunday (2 21) Chilli Recipe

  1. Brown meat with 1 of the minced onions.
  2. Drain grease.
  3. Place meat onions, remainder of onions, green peppers, and the rest of the ingredients into stockpot.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 1 or possibly 2 hours, covered.
  6. Cold 1 hr.
  7. Reaheat before serving.
  8. Concocted by Bud Cloyd (who had nothing better to do on a particular Sunday afternoon.)
