Bour-B-Qued Pork Sandwiches

  1. In a covered saucepan, saute onion in butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice pork tenderloin into 1 inch slices.
  3. Add slices to saucepan, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and add to the saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until the pork is very tender.
  6. Stir occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat and break up the pork pieces into small shreds using 2 forks.
  8. Stir to combine sauce and shredded pork.
  9. Serve warm on buns.
