Cookies 'n Cream Ice Cream Shop Pie

  1. Combine graham crumbs and butter in 9-inch pie plate; press firmly onto bottom and up side of pie plate to form crust.
  2. Pour milk into large bowl.
  3. Add dry pudding mix; beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  4. or until well blended.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. or until slightly thickened.
  7. Gently stir in whipped topping and cookies; spoon into crust.
  8. Freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  9. Remove pie from freezer 10 min.
  10. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
  11. Store any leftover pie in freezer.
