Hot Tubs Appetizer

  1. Cook shells according to package directions.
  2. Cook ground beef, add salt, oregano, pepper and cumin.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Place cooked mixture in bowl and spoon on cheese.
  5. Set aside to cool.
  6. Mix rest of ingredients together with cooled mixture.
  7. Fill cooked drained shells.
  8. Makes about 16 appetizers.
  9. Can be served immediately or at room temperature.
