Japanese Style Pepperoncino with Leftover Soba

  1. Boil the soba and run under cold water then drain.
  2. Slice the garlic and cut the bacon into thin strips.
  3. In a pan, heat the olive oil and cook the garlic slices and dried red chili pepper.
  4. Add the bacon and cook for a few minutes then add the pepper and mentsuyu.
  5. Add the cooked soba into the pan and cook for another few minutes.
  6. Plate the soba and top with sliced scallions and sprinkle the sesame seeds around the scallions.
  7. Done.
