Goat Cheese and Asparagus Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450F and sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal.
  2. Roll out dough to desired thickness and lay on baking sheet.
  3. Drain the tomatoes and spread evenly over the dough.
  4. Toss asparagus with olive oil; spread on tomatoes.
  5. Top with salami.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven and sprinkle with goat cheese (and chili flakes).
  7. Return pizza to oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese has melted.
