Spam Fiesta Dip

• 1 can refried beans
• 1 package taco seasoning mix
• 1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
• 1 can spam cubed
• 1 can chili beans
• 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 cup monterey jack cheese shredded
• 1 cup sour cream

1. Heat oven to 350F (180C).
2. Combine refried beans and taco seasoning.
3. Spread mixture in bottom of 12 inch pizza pan.
4. Layer green onions, SPAM, chili, and cheeses in pan.
5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
6. Spread sour cream over the top.
7. Sprinkle with olives.
8. Serve with salsa and tortilla chips.
