Easy Mississippi Roast

• 3 lb chuck roast
• 1 jar pepperoncini (optional)
• 1 packages au jus gravy mix, dry
• 1 packages ranch seasoning mix, dry
• 4 tbsp butter, unsalted
• 1/4 cup water

1. Add everything to a crock pot
2. Cook on low for 8 hrs
3. Shred and serve with the gravy.
4. I put it on rolls like Italian beef
