All American Beef Brisket Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Pour wine into 4-5 qt dutch oven.
  3. Stir in soup mix till blended.
  4. Add in beef & turn to coat.
  5. Cover & bake 2 hrs.
  6. Add in potatoes & carrots.
  7. Cover & bake 1 hour longer or possibly till meat & vegetables are tender.
  8. Remove meat to a cutting board.
  9. Cover loosely with foil & let stand 10 min.
  10. Cut in thin slices against the grain.
  11. Arrange on serving platter with vegetables.
  12. Spoon some gravy over meat.
  13. Serve with remaining gravy.
