Fat-Free Carrot Cake

  1. Cream together first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add pineapple and vanilla. Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt and spices, which have already been mixed together.
  3. Fold in carrots, raisins and Grape-Nuts. Pour into Bundt pan, sprayed with Pam cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
  5. Cool approximately 10 minutes; remove from pan.
  6. Frost with non-fat cream cheese frosting.
