My Moms Mac N Cheese

  1. Note: The cubes of cheese dont have to be perfect.
  2. Just pick a size you like and stick with it.
  3. But remember that if it is too big, it will take longer to melt.
  4. Boil noodles until well done.
  5. In a pot, put milk and Velveeta (and nothing else!).
  6. Cook on low until Velveeta is completely melted, mixing constantly.
  7. Then add the remaining cheese and melt until desired thickness (please try to not pour this over some chips).
  8. Then when the cheeses are completely melted, slowly pour over the noodles.
  9. Do NOT pour all the sauce in at one time!
  10. Stir until desired cheesiness.
  11. Now you can either share some with your family or eat it all.
