My Moms Mac N Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Elbow Noodles
- 1 cup Milk (you Can Eyeball This)
- 4 cubes (about Half-ounce Cubes) Velveeta Cheese (This Is The Key Ingredient)
- 4 cubes (about Half-ounce Cubes) Any Cheese You Have On Hand (Jack Cheese Is Not The Best Choice, Unless You Want It Stringy)
- Note: The cubes of cheese dont have to be perfect.
- Just pick a size you like and stick with it.
- But remember that if it is too big, it will take longer to melt.
- Boil noodles until well done.
- In a pot, put milk and Velveeta (and nothing else!).
- Cook on low until Velveeta is completely melted, mixing constantly.
- Then add the remaining cheese and melt until desired thickness (please try to not pour this over some chips).
- Then when the cheeses are completely melted, slowly pour over the noodles.
- Do NOT pour all the sauce in at one time!
- Stir until desired cheesiness.
- Now you can either share some with your family or eat it all.
