Holiday Eggnog
- 7 cups cold fat-free milk, divided
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1 cup low-fat evaporated milk
- 2 tsp. rum extract
- Pour 2 cups of the fat-free milk into large bowl.
- Add dry pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Add remaining 5 cups fat-free milk, the evaporated milk and extract; mix well.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
