Holiday Eggnog

  1. Pour 2 cups of the fat-free milk into large bowl.
  2. Add dry pudding mix.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  4. or until well blended.
  5. Add remaining 5 cups fat-free milk, the evaporated milk and extract; mix well.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
