Low Fat Mexican Stroganoff

  1. In a large skillet sprayed with Pam, brown meat.
  2. Stir in salsa, mushrooms, garlic, parsley and salt.
  3. Heat through.
  4. Add sour cream.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Simmer 6-8 minutes.
  8. Serve over noodles.
  9. ***Instead of noodles, you can serve over baked potatoes.
