Pilgrim Hat TreatsTM

• 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows
• - or -
• 4 cups miniature marshmallows
• 6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
• - or -
• 6 cups Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies cereal
• Canned frosting and/or decorating gel
• Assorted candies

2. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat.
3. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
4. Remove from heat.

6. Add Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal.
7. Stir until well coated.
8. Cool slightly.

10. For each pilgrim hat, use cookie cutter to cut into pilgrim hat shape.
11. Decorate with frosting and/or candies.
12. Best if served the same day.
13. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
14. In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
15. Stir until smooth.
16. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.
17. Microwave cooking times may vary.
