Vegetarian Chinese Cabbage Salad with Olive Oil Topped with Shio-Konbu

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage and avocado into bite-sized pieces, then set aside.
  2. Pour on the olive oil over the Chinese cabbage, and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to adjust the taste.
  4. Add the avocado, and squeeze on the lemon juice.
  5. Top with shio-konbu at the end, and you're done.
