Magical Crispy Chicken
- 8 pieces Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Cornflour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Refined Oil For Frying
- 4 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs
- Wash and clean the chicken pieces and place in a pressure cooker with the water for 5 to 7 minutes over medium flame.The chicken pieces will become tender.
- Take out the chicken pieces and keep aside.
- Let the chicken stock cool.
- Add flour, cornflour, spices, ginger, garlic paste and salt.
- Mix it into a smooth batter, blending thoroughly.
- Place a deep frying pan and add oil into it.
- The oil should be fairly hot for frying.
- Dip each chicken piece into the batter and coat with bread crumbs.
- Fry on both sides, till the chicken turns golden brown.
- Lay on paper towels.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or the dipping sauce of your choice.
