White Chili

  1. Saute onions, peppers and garlic in hot oil in large stockpot 6 to 8 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Add turkey, beans, broth, lime juice and seasoning; mix well.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water.
  6. Add to chili; mix well.
  7. Simmer 2 min.
  8. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  9. Ladle 1 cup chili into serving bowl and top with 3 Tbsp.
  10. cheese.
