White Chili
- 2 qt. onions, chopped
- 2-2/3 cups jalapeno peppers, minced
- 1/2 cup garlic, minced
- 1 cup oil
- - turkey breasts, cooked, cubed
- 1-1/2 gal. canned great Northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 gal. chicken broth
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup southwestern seasoning
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-1/4 qt. KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
- Saute onions, peppers and garlic in hot oil in large stockpot 6 to 8 min.
- or until tender.
- Add turkey, beans, broth, lime juice and seasoning; mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Mix cornstarch and water.
- Add to chili; mix well.
- Simmer 2 min.
- or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle 1 cup chili into serving bowl and top with 3 Tbsp.
