Gotta Split! Breakfast
- 4 small bananas
- 16 oz. vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups bran flake cereal with dates, raisins and walnuts
- 1-1/3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Prepare each breakfast serving by cutting 1 banana in half lengthwise; place in bowl.
- Top with 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup cereal, 1/3 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup raspberries.
- Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
- walnuts and equally divided cinnamon.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with breakfast.
