Ensalada De Margarita

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dressing.
  2. Shake in a jar and chill.
  3. Using just the meat of the pineaple, cut into 1" cubes.
  4. Peel the grapefruits, oranges and avocado.
  5. Cut into 1" cubes (the avocado should be 1/2").
  6. Toss together with the dressing.
  7. Place the lettuce greens fanned out on a plate.
  8. Place fruit mixture on greens, top with sliced almonds and garnish with water melon wedges.
  9. Serve chilled on a chilled plate.
  10. WINE: TORRES GRAN VINA SOL '77.
