Uncooked Rum Balls Recipe

• 3 c. finely crushed vanilla wafer crumbs
• 1 c. confectioners' sugar
• 1 1/2 c. finely minced nuts
• 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
• 2 tbsp. white corn syrup
• 1/2 c. dark rum

1. Mix everything thoroughly.
2. Best to do it with the fingers.
3. Healthy pinch off small bits and shape in balls about the size of a large marble.
4. Roll in more confectioners' and freeze till time to use.
