caramel peanut butter frosting

  1. Let butter and cream cheese get to room temperature
  2. Beat cream cheese and butter together
  3. Beat in peanut butter
  4. Mix in caramel
  5. One cup at a time, add powdered sugar.
  6. ..mixing well
  7. Makes about 3 cups.
  8. Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
  9. Let it come to room temperature before using.
  10. *note* u can use a teaspoon less of the caramel if u prefer a lighter caramel flavor.
  11. You can also use a cup more powdered sugar if you want a sweeter flavor.
  12. I like to garnish top of frosted cupcakes/cake with peanut butter cups.
