Mandarin Orange Cake

  1. Put oranges in blender and mix well.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Place together in a bowl and mix with electric mixer.
  4. Grease and flour 9 X 13" pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes, then cool.
  6. TOPPING: Mix pineapple, instant pudding and milk, mix well.
  7. Fold in Cool whip, and spread on cool cake, then refrigerate.
