Cherry Supreme Salad
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
- Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
- Stir in pie filling.
- Turn into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Chill until partially set.
- Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
- Gradually add lemon Jell-O.
- Stir in undrained pineapple.
- Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows.
- Spread over cherry layer.
- Top with nuts.
- Chill until firm.
- This also looks pretty made in a Jell-O mold.
