Duck Breast And Pine Nut Salad Recipe

  1. Arrange chilled salad mix on plate.
  2. Heat butter in frying pan; add in breasts and fry about 3 min.
  3. Place pine nuts in frying pan and shake till brown and crisp.
  4. Slice duck into thin slices, return them and any juices to pan; toss briefly and scatter over the salad.
  5. Drizzle dressing over top and serve at once.
