Hot Crab Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Blend all ingredients together except the crab meat and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Fold in crab meat and put in the baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Note: I have also baked this first and then topped it with the remaining cheese.
  6. Either way will work fine.
  7. You can also sprinkle this with paprika after baking.
  8. Serve with crackers.
  9. I love the plain Breton crackers with this.
  10. Enjoy!
