Italian Chicken Strips
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 teaspoons Thyme
- 3/4 teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Minced Onion
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch strips.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a pie plate.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Using tongs, dip the chicken strips into melted butter and then coat the chicken in the bread crumb mixture, one at a time.
- Place the chicken strips in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
- Serve with any dipping sauce of your choice.
- I suggest ranch, honey mustard, BBQ or nothing!
